i have spent most of today trying in vain to get a gold medal for license test IB-7. *i'm using an analog controller. *right now i have 55 golds and 5 silvers. *please help me get gold #56. *i've been getting most of the golds by luck, so i think i'll need to leech off someone else's skills and ask for any advice anyone might have. *pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease!! *(i'm desperate, does it show?) :(

that's license test ---> IB-7 <--- *using some kind of Nissan 4-by-4

It's quite easy really. *Just practise. *But also go to the replay theatre and have a look at how the pros did it. *I think if you watch the speeds and the lines they take during the test you will find with a few more goes you will find it alot easier. *Good luck.:biggrin:

i watched the Demonstration video a few times, then tried, tried again. *for two hours. **finally* got the gold. *this next one is even more difficult.
IA-3; NSX Type S-Zero; 284 hp
this car is a piece of junk, at least until i get the gold medal. *then it's the best car in the game for an hour. *anyway, the last uphill curve is giving me problems. *the demo video shows the car not sliding at all and i can't figure out how he does it. *i'm not giving up until i get all 60 golds, if it takes a day or a decade.

(Edit) the IA-3 License test will be my 60th gold if i ever manage to get it. *how do i get around the curve without sliding? *this car sucks! :angry:

You may have tried this:

On the demonstration, switch to the in-car view and press X to switch on the brake/acceleration thing along with the left/right arrows which shows which way the driver is turning. Try doing the impossible job of remembering them while remembering where the position of the car is. Now repeat this on the liscence!

i hope this inspires someone else not to give up if they want 60 golds bad enough. *the last test only took about 6 hours. :shocked: *i thought it was impossible, guess i was wrong.

Well done, I hope you are a little more satisfied now. *Hope I was of some help to you. *Oh yeah by the way if you don't have a steering wheel you should get one because you can make muck more precise turns with them I found. *The dual shock is good just not as easy to put the car in the exact position you want. *Once again well done:biggrin:and good luck.
