Default Playstation1 and Playstation2
Can playstation 2 games be played on a playstation 1? For example, the game singstar. I only have a playstation1, but singstar is a playstation2 game.

Definitely not- the PSOne is nowhere near powerful enough for it, for one thing. The compatibility works the other way around, PSOne games can be played on the PS2.
