Default Playstation !
I have a Playstation I (circa 1998). I'm now getting error messages; indications that there is no memory card in either slot 1 or slot 2....
Is this repairable? If so, who and how?

The connection to the memory card slots may be damaged or it could be the card/ cards themselves. You should be able to find someone with PSOne parts available for sale if you think you can do the repairs yourself or know someone that can. Otherwise, I would say time to get a new system, maybe upgrade to a PS2 or PS3 (seeing as both will also play the PSOne games and have their own extensive libraries).
