This could be as easy as needing to clean the lens with a lens cleaner kit bought at any electronic store or just cleaning the cd. This could also be a problem with lens alignment or a scratch in the disk. Definitely try the first two to see if that works but if that doesn't then the latter two things isn't too hard to get fixed. The first would require you to take the system into an electronics repair shop to get it realigned(might be less expensive to buy a new one). The last of the latter two ideas would require one of those disk doctors. Just follow the directions and you'll have a clean workable disk. Well, i hope that you enjoy posting and have fun gaming.

After doing a bit of research on Acclaim and the game you mentioned, there doesn't seem to be a widespread problem with this occurring (or at least not they're admitting to).

Try madhtrs suggestion(s) above, and if that fails, try posting a question to other API members asking if they too have had the same difficulties as you have.

If they have, then the problem can easily be attributed to the software. If this problem is unique to you and your console, you will also know where to look to correct this problem.
