I just bought Gauntlet Legends and my Playstation won't play it, but it still plays my other games.

Here's the obvious question. *Is your PS chipped to play imports or burned games? *If so, game developers put in a routine to make a game unusable if they detect the chip. *If not, try returning the game to the store and get another. *It could be defective.

I had the same problem with a few of my games. *I find out that the older playstation is having a problem playing the new games for the playstation. *I went out and got a new playstation 1 and my games for working fine. *It might be your playstation if you have the older playstation.

Im not sure but if it becomes a frequent problem it might be because you have a bad laser reader. But if you bought the game new i doubt it.
