Unhappy

I'm all the way through Tony Hawk 2 with one skater and halfway through with a second skater. Now I cannot save anything else. There are still many open blocks on the memory card, but everytime I try to save it says 'save failed.'
Since all my stats are saved, it is obviously able to read the data, it just cant write to the card anymore. Is there any way to transfer data from one memory card to another?
I'd hate to have to start all over.

Thumbs up

Yes you can transfer data. *Just open the lid of the PSone and let the screen load. *You will then see Memory Card. *Hit X on it then goto Copy. *You must have your card in slot one and the other one in slot 2 before you do this. *Then copy it and you have a brand new save on the memory card.
-You may of had this difficulty if your memory card was not Sony made. *These 3rd party cards dont last very long and have problems like reading and writing information.
-Hope this helps.

As Gene stated above, this is probably the BIGGEST mistake gamers make…not their stratagey, or their style of gaming, but purchasing 3rd-party (read:cheap) memory cards.

Yes they are cheaper in price, but also cheaper in quality.

It only takes 1 block to save the whole game. If your memory card got pulled dering sve ing it will never save that game agen...or your consol got turned of same thing sorry good luck.
