Default playstation problem
i have the small ps1 and it wont read any game it just redirects me to the menu where it shows a memory card

You may need to clean the lens using a CD/DVD lens cleaning kit. You may also want to check the bottoms of the discs- if they are dirty or scratched this can affect their playability. If they are dirty use a soft cloth wiping from the center outward- do not follow around the disc.

If neither of these help then your PSOne is in more serious trouble. Does it still spin the discs?
