 please help my sons psp has lines on the screen when you turn it on it makes all the right noises but the screen stays grey with all different colour lines on it. what can i do.       |

| Re: please help If the PSP is under a year old you should be able to contact Sony about exchanging it under warranty. The phone number in North America is 1-800-345-7669. |

| Re: please help I was afraid of that. Unfortunately they would charge for the servicing/ replacement. I'm not sure how much it would be but I'm guessing in the $100 range (after hearing how much they charge for PS3 servicing). |
