Unhappy help

i have a psp and every timei charge it all the lights come on but not the screen do i need a complete new psp or can you help me

Like I said, phone Sony's tech support number and they can give you your options. In all likelihood they will have to arrange for your PSP to be sent in to them for repair/ replacement. If you are outside of the warranty period or don't have your proof of purchase (the original sales receipt) you will likely be charged for the service in the range of $80. You'll find the number in the PSP manual.
