Default hardware problems

Don't know if anyone can help or if anyone else has had similar problems, but the right trigger on my psp is sticking and I'm not sure how to fix it (if I can). I notice it especially during sports games, when the turbo button is always activated even when not pressing the right trigger. I have to hit (literally, not just a light push) the trigger in order to get it to release. Any ideas?
