Is it possible to post a picture in your signature, and if so, how. I have tried using the IMG button in my profile but it doesn't seem to work

No, there is no way to be able to do this. This function was turned off for sigs as the chances of abusing it was much higher than us allowing pics during the awards. Well, i hope that you enjoy posting an have fun gaming.

As madhtr stated, the ability to post images using the [img] tag has been disabled on the API board due to the extreme amount of bandwidth that is consumed by allowing such postings.

The allowance of this feature was permitted during the Avatar Awards as an added "bonus" to the mud-slinging, but don't look to see this feature activated in the other forums any time soon.
