Folks, have fun with it while you can. Five years ago I looked like Bon Jovi. However a stress related hair loss called Alopecia Areata found my dumb a**. Within less than a month I had clumps of hair coming out of my head, it looked like I had the mange. I shaved it to the core and prayed for a rebirth, but as of yet no go.

One good thing is less than 5 minutes in the shower and you're done head to toe. Word of warning: if you do shave bald, DON'T sunburn you're noggin!!!
You should consider using the hair growing stuff. I know there is allot but if you want hair, it might work.

A few weeks ago I took the plunge and just had it blade 2 all over (reminded me of all those films where the new army recruits get scalped as part of basic training as I sat there!!!!).
<strike> Full metal jacket </strike> :P

I used to keep my head shaved to a grade 1 all over, but since i've been with Sam its been growing, and had got to about 2 inches all over untill last week. Its now thinned out on top, with short back and sides. what happens next remains to be seen, bleaching it sounds a laugh...............

I appreciate the sentiment as far as the hair grow stuff. However I know how my luck runs. If I took Rogaine I'd be one of the people who suffered sexual side effects. To compensate for that I'd have to take Viagra to keep the little lady happy. Then due to over-exursion I'd have a coronary where the EMTs would give me Nitro-Glyscerine. As we all know Nitro and Viagra combined can kill you.

I think I'll keep the low maintenace hairdo. <_<

Well, after plans to do quiff in summer last year, i done that for a while, with a 'neat' quiff for a while, but then too many poeple had it, and i hate things like that happening, so it beacme a 'messy' quiff. Finally a few weeks ago, i decided it was short enough in the right places to become a mohican along the top with messy quiff and it looked pretty good as well - better than before.

A variation is swept to side spikes at the front, like i'm having today h34r:" class="inlineimg" />

It all depends on the time of year. During cricket season (Spring and Summer) i keep my hair short, i have a short fringe, cut off at the neck, pretty much all over short. Obviously this is too benefit me, it isnt as hot (35 Degrees is enough without having a matted down fringe in your eyes) with short hair as it is with long. During the off cricket season i let it grow out for a while, probably cut it every couple of months, still doesn't grow out too long though, i have the fringe around my eyes, and the hair to about 3/4 length of my neck.
