When will we be able to upload avatars form our pc's? I see the option isn't avaible now.

The uploading won't be available again until right before the next awards. I'm not sure how much time will be given but at least two weeks would be my guess. I don't know what all the next awards will entail but you should begin finding what you feel is the perfect av for you now as the awards draw near.....meaning closer to time to have an epic all-out war on your hands. Well, i hope that you enjoy posting and have fun gaming.
