 Ive been promoted!! Yeppers i am now in charge of a while department of my very very own. And apart fromt he fact the 2 girls i beat to the job have suddenly decided to go on the sick and leave me in the lurch i think we are doing ok!! Never been in charge of something like this before - i was trying to do rotas this morning and its bashing my head in!!      |
