Okey dokey, let's see..... your rank goes up as the number of posts you have increases, but PLEASE don't SPAM in order to make that happen. It doesn't work that way here. We STAFF and Mods don't take too kindly to spamming, and if someone does spam, their post # will be taken down a notch (or 100). The best way to make your numbers go up is to not pay attention to them and just post 'quality' stuff. We look at quality over quantity every time!!! (if you have questions about what we see as SPAM here, please take another peek at the 'rules')

As for avatars, that option, I believe, has been disabled temporarily until a short time before the awards........ you'll see it better explained if you look through the other members' questions in... well, the 'Members Questions' thread! That's where I'm going to move this one as well. The "Members Questions" thread is full of a plethora of information, so scan through there as well, you may just find some answers to some questions before you even have to tire out your fingers typing them!
