I think i must have been lied funy in bed last night as i cant move my neck. Seriuosly every time i try i get a horrible pain. Ive never had a pain like it and it hurts like he!!. I just cried trying to brush my hair its that bad. Im getting no sympathy off tiff and i dont know wether im safe to drive or not.

Im gonna go up my brufen dose and see if it kicks in!

That page 83 of the Karma Sutra sure is tricky to get right. Try limbering up your neck before trying the next time and tell Tiff to not rotate more than 50 degrees while "applying the load".
