Thumbs down Uncle Kracker is a bad guy :(

First of all, if you don't know who Uncle Kracker is (I don't blame you, he isn't very famous), I guess you can skip this thread all together.

OK, I'll admit to it. I bought Uncle Kracker's first CD (Here's the Cover)... I can't remember why, but I did it . Since then, his career has pretty much plumetted. Which brings us to today...

Quote:

FUNNY MUGSHOT #1

RALEIGH, N.C. - Uncle Kracker, a former disc jockey for Kid Rock, was arrested early Friday on a second-degree sex offense charge, authorities said.

Raleigh police spokesman Jim Sughrue said a 26-year-old woman alleged that a man had committed a sexual act against her at the Ess Lounge, a downtown nightclub.

Kracker, 33, was arrested at a hotel in suburban Cary. He was being held at the Wake County Jail on a $5 million bond, Sughrue said.

Sughrue said police had obtained a warrant charging Kracker with second-degree forcible sex offense.

Kracker, whose real name is Matthew Shafer, was to appear in court Friday afternoon, said Wake County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Phyllis Stevens.

A message left with his listed agency in Nashville, Tenn., wasn't immediately returned, and a phone number for his listed management company in Harrison Township, Mich., was disconnected.

Kracker's hits include "When the Sun Goes Down," a duet with Kenny Chesney. The 33-year-old rock-country musician has also won acclaim for "Follow Me" and a cover version of Dobie Gray's "Drift Away."

So yeah, my home state makes it into the news... but it's always bad news 'round here in the South.

Oh well. There goes the rest of his career, if you think he even had one to begin with.

I was never a big fan of his in the first place. My sisters loved his song "Follow Me" but I hated it.

Its incredible the things that rich people do these days. You'd figure with all that money you would be able to have a to find things to do that don't result in jail time.

Ahh... that's it. I remember now, my friend was making fun of that song... he probably double dared me to buy the CD and I took the dare, lol

Excellent point. I guess they all have the mentality that they are rich and powerful, and no one can stop them. 'Cept money doesn't always get you out of jail, as many "Celebs" are finding out this year.

What they need to do is go buy a Playstation, and kill each other on the TV screen. It's much more fun that way

Lol, halarious and I agree. Then they could settle all of their differences virtually instead of actually killing each other. Plus who needs drugs when you have a ps3 to play with. Then the drugs would tarnish their game playing abilities, we can't have that can we.
