It finally worked just now for me. I tried it about five hours ago ish and it came up with the server message Lyndon previously mentioned.
Did I just have to visit it then? I didn't see anywhere to like click to add my vote or whatever, I hope I did the right thing because we definitely need to keep our forests and rainforests
