This new mission is quite similar to the last one. Vlad will ask you to go get someone who has also failed to pay him; this time it's a laundry place. Still, you must use the yellow GPS on your radar. Then, go over to the marker. This will trigger a cutscene that will have the laundry owner escape through the back door and drive off. Therefore, you must park your car at the back or run to the car at the front so you can chase him.

No matter what, you must not use any weapon to fire at the man's vehicle because you need him alive. Also, this will catch the cops' attention. Instead, you can trying ramming his van into a wall and pin him there. This is a much successful method because once you have cornered him, he will eventually pay. Once you've done that, return to Vlad and report another successful mission.
