For this one, your objective is to “have a word” with Vlad. You must have a gun ready though, as there are two bodyguards there, then head on over to Vlad's place. Outside, however, Vlad attempts to make an escape so you have to get back on your car where Roman is. As Vlad takes random route all over the city, you have to make sure that you do not lose him. Keep chasing him until he eventually stops into this dock and runs on foot. When he does this, get out of your car as well and catch up to him. While he is talking, you can lock on and execute him. However, you will get a cut scene that features the two of you having a pleasant exchange. When you regain control, return to your car where you tell Roman everything that happened.
