Bear in mind that Brucie still wants you to seize some more vehicles. This time, he wants a Sanchez. After responding to his email, you must proceed to the docks. When you're almost there, you have to run over a couple of guys, then back up to run them over again as they try to get on their bikes. Or, you might as well get out of the car and shoot them. It's basically your choice, but make sure not to let them get away for it will mean another tiring chase. Remember this bit: you can easily knock them off their bikes, but would be horribly difficult to catch up to.
