Get yourself a car and drive to the “M” on your map. Then, you will be pursuing a drug dealer but make sure not to get too close to the car you're chasing – about two car lengths at best or a little bit more. You will get a warning if you get too close to the car. After that, he will pull over at the warehouse. Follow him there and gear yourself up for a huge firefight.
