Once you've completed the mission, walk towards the marker to get to your safe house. As you enter the building and go upstairs, you must get the Sniper Rifle and go to the vantage point. Then you will have your standard Sniper Rifle tutorial mission, which shouldn't be too hard.

Then, watch over the meeting but do not make any moves yet until anything goes wrong. Watch over your two guys until they are bothered, and that's when you shoot the guys with the red markers over their heads. When you see the message “Packie is in trouble” and find him wrestling with a guy, shoot the enemy. Just try to kill all enemies and when anyone of them tries to escape by car, kill him(or them) before they get to the car. Mission completed!
