 GTA4 - Jeffs Wife mission help GTA4 - Jeffs Wife mission walkthrough guide . Once you get in the car, tail them to a cafe. Make sure not to get too close or they will run away. Just get close enough to be able to snap a picture. If a message appears telling you to leave the area, just go outside and that will be it for this mission.
