At the “U” and once you had your debriefing, you will get a text message telling you that you have to find a police car. You can either kill a cop to get their car, or shoot random people until a police car shows up and you can invite them for a chase until you get their car and run away.

Then, you will get a message informing you about a guy you need to kill. You can use the computer to search the guy. Once you have him, you can mark him on your map.

Then, you must now head on out to that location where you'll notice gang members. You can use a rocket launcher, or snipe at your enemies to clean them all up. But make sure not to go in there with a car.

You will also notice that there's another enemy up the roof. You must get to him and finish him off for a job well done.

And since your mission is done, you must return to Paper for your next job.
