By following the markers, you easily get to the car park located underground. As soon as you have the car, drive it to the northern end of the island without the cops ever spotting you. However, if the cops did spot you, you must try to shake them off and get to the marker. As soon as you're on the grassy hill, you must get some speed and then bail on the vehicle about 50 feet before hitting the edge.
