 GTA4 - Jeff's End mission help GTA4 - Jeff's End walkthrough guide . When you walk up to Jeff, it will trigger a scene and then he dies. Stay and listen to the guy who ran him over. After that, you are able to walk away and the mission is cleared. You must now proceed to Ray's marker. If you have any questions about this mission, please ask them below. .      |
