 GTA4 - Blood Brothers mission help GTA4 - Blood Brothers walkthrough guide . Hop into a car and drive it to the east of Algonquin. Once at the marker, jump up the platform on the side of the building. When you find the elevator, use it to take you up. Your goal is to kill Francis, the cop. He will give you the ability to take away a wanted level. However, if you should kill Francis, you will be able to skip his final two missions for you. You will be left with a choice here to either kill him or not. If you have any questions about this mission, please ask them below. .      |
