Riddle Me This?

I work at a restaraunt and one of my customers last night kept giving me riddles to figure out. I didn't get any of them so I want to see if you guys can get any.

1. What is bigger than god....meaner than the devil...the rich don't need it....and the poor have it?

2. A maker makes it but doesn't need it.....a buyer buys it but doesn't use it.... a user uses it but doesn't know it?

If you have any good ones post them up.

the answer to the first one is Nothing

the second is a coffin or burial casket

Here is another one:

A little boy named John went to his parents and told them he wanted to shoot people and blow them up. His parents were proud of his career choice. What does he do?

Keep in mind his parents aren't violent people.

ok, im a bit iffy with riddles, i either get them straight away or can never get them and dont understand them even when told the answer.

sooo...I have like two possible answers to this one.

The first one (due to this website and what were about) being, a games tester/creator (something like that) who would specialise in just shooting games, be they FPS or Third Person Shooters.

The other (more likely answer) is he wants to join the Army and protect his country and get all the "bad men" in the world etc...

If im wrong with BOTH of those then i give up now

Like I said, if none of those were right then I give up, leave it to someone else.
Riddles are enigmatic...give me an easy to intermediate level Sudoku Puzzle any day and I'll just go away and complete that instead

Actually Rory that's possible. Shoot photos and then blow them up (enlarge them).

Hmm, this is a hard one. I am thinking about something along the lines of sunlight or shadows. I don't see how wind would be a foe to either of those though.

It looks like no one is going to answer this so I will come clean and tell you.

The answer was a candle - Magnus' reference was to the song Candle in the Wind.

If someone would like to post another riddle maybe we can kickstart this thread again.

OK, so I'm gonna post one just for the heck of it. This is a really easy one so it won't be long before someone gets it.
So here it is:

I walk on four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon, and three legs in the evening.

What am I?

As I stated already, this one is VERY simple, so I expect this to go within the next ooh I'll give it until midnight here which is six and a half hours time.

Edit: Forgot to mention...
In order to make this slightly harder, I want an explanation of each of the three stages as well as what the thing is. In other words how that thing can possibly differ during the three stages mentioned.

It's not hard honest, I thought it would've gone a couple of hours ago, but ah well *shrug*
