One of my fvae games of all time is SSX3, it's like the Motorstorm of the PS2, in that it is a pretty simple concept, but it's been done well and the game is massive in terms of each run is never the same as the last, the AI is always trying to take you out, so it is one of the games I kept to use on the PS3... I have the 60GB machine bought back in October, but what I'm find is that SSX3 runs fine until I try and do the long down hill against the clock, the PS3 stops playing the game at the same point each time, no matter what I do to aviod the situatoin, has anyone ele had Backward Campatibility issues with the SSX series on the PS3... I also noticed that SSX Tricky and SSX On Tour don't work with the PS3..... can anyone help.....

I mean I can paly areas on Slope 1, but the only way to open slope 2 is to complete the downhill timed run which is the one where it hangs..... do you know if there any plans for SSX on PS3 at all.... I noticed that DJ Atomica is on Burnout Paradise now, and in his commentary on the game he does mention he might be getting his board out again soon.....

im havin a similar problem with my 80gig ps3, it plays 1 of my 2 favorite ps2 games, xg3, just fine, but when i try to play ssx3, a much more popular game, it freezes every time within a few minutes of playing, any map, usually mid uber trick. if anyone ever found some sort of fix for this please let me know, as these 2 games were the main reason i bought a ps3 with backwards compatibility
