Hi all,
I played this game in my friend's friend's place around 10yrs ago, but I cant remember its name. I need some help here.

Its a party game and I think the main characters are all penguins (one of the penguins has spiky hair). This game comprises many tiny games, one of them is using the penguins as darts to shoot the target (that's the only tiny game I remember). And the cut scenes between each tiny games are so funny, I think one of the cut scenes has talked about the hair gel that spiky hair penguin was using...

So... anyone knows?
