I just purchased the PS3, and put in my first game, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, and the system asked me to update the software. I agreed and the system went through the update process and a screen came up and it says accessing game data and below that a blinking OK button. I can not access the OK button (and do not even know if I need to), so I just let the screen as is overnight but it still says accessing game data. What do I do next? Thanks.

If the Ok button is flashing all you need to do is hit X- the flashing means that is the button highlighted.

Yeah press X when the Ok button is highlighted to access the game data. If you have done that, and it still doesnt work, then it sounds like either a problem with the data or the HDD. I would suggest deleting the game data (in the game data utility folder, under game) and then downloading it again.
