I'm not sure. I certainly prefer the WW2 setting in games, to a more modern setting (no matter how much of a good job COD4 did). I'm not sure where Treyarch will take the online though. I suppose if they include the luxuries COD4 supplies- leaderboards, stats, ranks, challenges etc and they improve the maps and re-think the way the game should be played from COD3, it will turn out to be very enjoyable. I have faith in them as developers, no matter what many people say.

It's looking brilliant at the moment i must say, COD games have always been very enjoyable and of a high quality on the consoles from both Infinity Ward and Treyarch, and COD5 will be the same. The question is, like you mentioned Nasher, will it top COD4? I couldn't say.

No doubt it will but, gamers just seem to get tired of wwII games i mean almost every good millitary game is set in wwII but COD is different it just has that flare of fun i own COD1 and i still love to play it so i persionly think COD5 will be a welcome edition to the COD series.

think its mainly gonna be multiplayer like cod4. The story just seems to be same old s$it but shiny graphics and trying to make it more involving.

That's kind of the problem- they are all similar. I sometimes wonder how much longer they can milk the WWII- based fighting. There just isn't anything else they can do to distinguish themselves from everybody else.

Not too bothered about the WW2 setting, but i am worried about the weapons.

WW2 weapons were rubbish, and after being spoiled on COD4 with modern firearms, they may feel a little lightweight.
