This is my main weapon set.

Assualt
Primary Weapon: M4 Carbine with Silencer
Side Arm: M9 with Silencer

SG: Smoke Grenade
Perk 1: Bandolier
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Extreme Conditioning


Sniper
Primary Weapon: M40A3
Side Arm: M9 with Silencer

SG: Stun Grenades
Perk 1: Claymores
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Deep Impact

I think your weapon setup is okay, but I would have not used Bandolier. Instead I would have used 3x Flashbangs Perk. Mainly because judging from your setup, you want to move constantly without been detected. Which means you're more than likely to pick up ammo from victims you killed.
Also, It's good to use different setups for different stages. For example: the Shipment stage. Close quarters combat is inevitable, meaning weapons like sub-machine guns would be highly recommended. Sniper guns... a no no.
