What would you like to see in GT4?

*more detailed reflections

*SKID MARKS!!!(out of every little thing this is what they miss every time!)

*I would like to have high speed ring back

*more music

*more concept cars

*One neat feature would be a track editor!

*Some fantasy tracks like racing near an erupting volcano(real physic would still apply. You would just be on a closed track with mountains nearby and in the distance an erupting volcano. And you go on a bridge with flowing lava under!) Fantasy track would only be available after completing the game and they would only appear on arcade mode.

*add decales to your car

*customize your car's colors!!

That is all for me.
How about you other people?

Instead of wishing for what you want to see, why not check out the news straight out of E3 about what will be in the game. This game is going to be spectacular......over 500 cars, 100 tracks, online, and so much more. Well, i hope that you enjoy posting and have fun gaming.

I like the idea of Gran Turismo remaining a real driving simulator. No race would ever take place with cars driving over a bridge over lava. Plus all of that would just take away from the details of the cars!

I do agree with you about High Speed Ring, I loved that track!

More good music. Rock and Roll! unk:" class="inlineimg" />

Fewer concept cars, I like a car that I can customize. I find that the concept cars have fewer options with modifications.

I want to see Pontiac!!! Pontiac is supposed to be GM's performance division and they have never been featured in the Gran Turismo series. It would be a good idea since the Camaro is not being manufactured an more.

A little more lenient on the licences.

Mainly I would like to see a big improvement in the AI. The AI has always been very easy to beat.

I may have to break down and get myself a Network Adapter.

Putting a wish for a game on a game site is a great idea.
What if someone with influence is looking online for what the public(the people who are going to buy the games) want in their game.
It would be stupid(as well as suicide) for a company to not give the public what they want!

Remember we, the public, are the ones who are going to purchase the games. We purchase what we like not the games that are :stink:.

So when it comes right down to it... the public will make or brake the game company

I have one argument about this game being a "real" driving simulatior.
I cant make the damn car flip. There are a few levels where it looks like the car is going to roll to its left or do a foward or back flip but for some reason before I even stop screaming, YES, the car is in the upright safe position...

I will agree with you though that there is a definet need for better music. For example: Rob Zombie, PM5K, I even injoyed the older stuff like Motley Crew and a few others but when I started hearing some of the other songs I started to say, what the :swear: a lot.

Because the game is already basically done. They're just cleaning up the game system now and optimizing it for your enjoyment.

The cars won't roll over because the car creators say no to damage to their cars in a gaming environment so if you want damage in a car then Sony couldn't use licensed cars.

So you can have a wish list all you want but Sony has pretty much finished up it's game, before the polishing that is.

Well, i hope that you enjoy posting and have fun gaming.

I did not mean to have a wish list for just Gran Turismo I mean for any game. My point was that any company should believe in "Giving the public what they want" because it will be the public that buys the games.

I don't disagree with you on that point. I was only saying before that there was no point in us having a wish list for a game that's already pretty much past it's developmental stages and well into it's Testing and fine tuning stages.

Anyway, GT4 will be a great game so i look forward to playing it and if you thought it took a long time to get 100% in GT3, just wait until you have to unlock 500+ cars, which is nearly 5 times as many as were in GT3 and there'll be just over what were in GT2 according to Sony, or at least that's what they want to try and accomplish at least they said(i don't know for sure if they would or not).

Well, i hope that you all enjoy posting and have fun gaming.

Thats a lofty number of tracks 100. sweet, I listened to the press conferance with GT4's producer and didnt hear exact car and track numbers. He just stated he wanted more then ever before but couldnt state at the time.

I am wishing hoping, whatever it is we do when dreaming about upcoming games lol, that the large ammount of cars and tracks will be due to downloable content, HDDs support. Its long bin a rumour that GT's creater dreams of creating a huge online car data base, so peeps can drive (within reason) any car they wish.

Regardless GT4 is going to be the next big racing event for me, along with the new logitec driving force wheel they just announced (wheel turns a realistic ammount now). Cant wait to race you all online.

It's a thought
