I realize that my local paper (The Minot Dailys News) isn't the New York Times. We usually read more about crop futures than anything else. However on monday there was an interesting article.

Apparently there was a game which was to be a follow up to the latest Castle Wolfenstein. The developers instead of marketing it put it on the internet for free. It supposedly supports up to 32 players at a time. My fiancee in all her gaming ignorance threw the paper out before I could locate the game on the 'puter.

I was wondering if any of you folks have any information about this, or better yet PM me where to find this free game. Any help would be greatly appreciated. eace:

Well jdm, a quick search and I found a link to download from. I'll PM it to you now

For those of you who are wondering (as I was) why it's free, Wolfenstien: Enemy Territory was originally a multiplayer expansion for Return to Castle Wolfenstien. I assume that due to the sheer size of the project, the developers thought it would be worthwhile making it a stand-alone game and (seeing as it was going to be a free expansion) distribute it for free.

If anyone else is interested, you're very welcome to PM me and ask for a link.
