On a portugal magazine that informe the people about the games they told that the release data of KH2 on japan will be on this year ! is tht true? When does kh2 como to europe???

While it has bee2n said to be in rpoduction by a Disney representative, it's still not officially announced yet. It will probably be released in mid to late 2004 in Japan and probably Summer and Fall for North America and Europe respectively. Again, it's still not official but we will have the details as soon as it's announced.
