Default ALL - THQ to have the Smackdown! layed on them?

THQ, the the creators of the spectacular wrestling series that is WWE Smackdown!, are reportedly being sued by two former WWE Wrestlers.

Apparently, the company is already fighting an infringement against a former WWE wrestler; known as The Ultimate Warrior.

Now, another former WWE wrestler has filed a lawsuit against the company regarding the last Smackdown! outing, WWE Smackdown! vs RAW 2006.
Michael Tumbarello, known in his wrestling days as Vada, has filed no less than three seperate suits against THQ.
All of which is regarding the inclusion of the song "King of the Mat", which, according to Tumbarello, is the full song that he wrote, is unchanged in any way, and was used without his permission.

He tried to get them to stop distributing the game in January of this year to no avail, so he proceeded with legal action against the company.

Tumbarello is now seeking at least $3 million for Copyright Infringement, $3 million for misappropriation of property, $3 million for violation of New York civil rights law, and $3 million for another referenced, but not specified, infringment in the lawsuit.

IF Tumbarello wins, then THQ are set to lose just over $10 million.
This is obviously nothing compared to the money that they made on last years outing of Smackdown!, but it could lead to further suits being filed against not only THQ themselves, but other games companies as well.
