 PS3 - Japan First Day Sales Numbers According to a report from Reuters news service a total of 88,400 PlayStation 3 units were sold in Japan last weekend. Considering the initial estimate of available units was supposedly cut down to 80,000 the fact that they had more suggests Sony may be getting their manufacturing problems sorted out, which bodes well for the North American launch on November 17 and the Euro launch in March 2007.      |
