We all knew it was coming, just were not sure as to when. Red Octane had pulled back the curtain a bit to announce when we can expect Guitar Hero 3. According to their Knowledgebase: "Guitar Hero 3 for the Playstation 2, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii are currently scheduled for release in the United States in Fall of 2007."

This marks the first time for the franchise to hit Nintendo consoles and we are told it will not just be a port. There are not a lot of details as of yet- we'll update as they come in.

WOW! and I thought GH2 for the X360 was the only reason to buy a X360 and this comes along.

The X360 Gibson Explorer controller is ACE. Let's hope there are new AXE's coming along the multi format.
