Future Publishing Limited announced that a partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe(SCEE) will allow them to be the first publisher to distribute blu-ray demos in their magazine, The Official Playstation Magazine.

The Official Playstation Magazine will be the only title to get blu-rays directly from SCEE. The first discs are set to go out in Issue 7 on Friday June 1st.

Ray Maguire, Managing Director, of SCE UK commented:

"We are very excited to partner with Future to offer a playable Blu-ray disc to UK PlayStation 3 owners. The high capacity of Blu-ray media is the perfect method to distribute large volumes of unique existing, and user-generated content in HD, showcasing PS3's multimedia capabilities to the full."

Interesting, isn't it? Sony cancels their US official magazine saying it doesn't "fit their model" and the downloadable content makes it unneeded to do demo discs yet they have the demo discs in the UK along with an official magazine.

Why does Sony hate me and want me to be unhappy? Seriously. They give other people free TV's, demo discs, and other junk, but they laugh at me for giving them actual money.
