It's Thursday again, and that means it's time to see what new goodies came to the PlayStation Store. Looks like this week is a big one with 2 new downloadable games, game trailers, a movie trailer and updated versions of some PSOne games for download that now can be played on the PS3!

On the downloadable game front we receive Super Rub-A-Dub and Gauntlet II. Rub-A-Dub is based on the tech demo using rubber ducks back when first talking about the PS3, where you guide your duck by tilting the controller to grab the little ducks trapped in bubbles and get them to the exit as soon as possible (it's better than it sounds, trust me). It sells for $6.99 US/ 7.99 Canadian. Gauntlet II is a classic arcade dungeon crawler and sells for $4.99 US/ 5.99 Canadian. A trailer is also available for people to check out. The other game trailers are for Super Stardust, Rampart and Area 51: Blacksite.

A number of the downloadable PSOne games have now been updated to take advantage of the PSOne emulator included with the last firmware update. Any of the games you have purchased before can be re-downloaded at no charge through your download list. the games to get the upgrade are Crash Bandicoot, WipeOut, 2Xtreme, Destruction Derby, Jet Moto, Jumping Flash!, Rally Cross, Tekken 2, MediEvil and Syphon Filter. No new games have been added to this section.

One movie trailer, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End also shows up. This is the third in the series by Disney starring Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. The movie hits theaters across North America on May 25.

... are you serious? The release date has been pushed back 90 times since the game was announced. It was previewed in EGM magazine back in 1993, when it was being storyboarded. David Jaffe was originally developing "Calling All Cars" for the Game Gear handheld system, and the original release date was to be March 1994.

Have patience? I lost it a long time ago with this here game.

Think yourselves lucky guys.... us Europeans just got one single update in the store this week: a movie of a nissan going around that same track in GTHD, a 200MB download that I deleted from my hard drive before it ended !

I don't know why they can't STREAM the videos, instead of making us download them! It's such a waste of time... when you could just go on the 'net and watch it in 3 seconds, instead of waiting 20 minutes for it to download. I know your pain, brother. I know your pain.
