This week sees a good bit of new content coming to the PlayStation Store for North America. true, it's mostly trailers but we do get one more classic PSOne game to buy for the PSP or PS3 as well.
The movie trailers are a mixed bag. We have Disney's Underdog (a movie based very loosely on the classic cartoon), The Brave One starring Jodie Foster, I Am Legend, The Brothers Solomon and Resident Evil: Extinction, marking the third entry for this series staring Milla Jovovich.
Several game trailers make their way to the store as well. We get a "Making of..." video for Heavenly Sword, the E3 trailer for InFamous (developed by Sucker Punch, the makers of Sly Cooper) and a new trailer for Ratchet and Clank Future.
Finally, the game. This one is very much a classic and a must purchase, IMO- Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. This game, originally released on the PSOne back in 1999 (approximately, I'll have to do some digging to recheck that) players were cast in the role of Alucard, Dracula's son. Mixing the side scrolling action with RPG elements along with 2 full castles to explore made this game one of, if not the, best games in the entire Castlevania series. The game can be bought on the Store for $9.99 US/ $10.99 Canadian.
