This Works Only Once Each Time You Switch On Ps2.
Set Up A Tournament With 16 Clubs (maximum Allowed). Set The Home/away To Yes. Choose Any Teams And Save It. Restart Your Machine. Now Go To The Cup Menu And Choose "load Environment Settings" For This Cup But After You've Loaded Them Don't Play. Go Back To The Cup Menu Screen Again But Now Choose "new Cup". You Can Now Change The Number Of Teams To 32. Weird, Heh?
