To Get The Member's Card In Chicago Normal Difficuly, After You Protect Marco And Return Him To His Hideout, Leave His Hideout And Turn Right. Before You Leave His Hideout, Make Sure To Pick Up The Tnt On The Table. Go Through There. You Kill Approxametely 15 People, So Have Your Ammo Ready. At The Very Top Of The Building After You Take Out Braces Is A Safe. Throw The Tnt Onto It. It Should Explode Open. Inside Is The Member's Card. Be Aware Of The Ringing Phone On The Desk.
