While I Still Think That Street Fighter Alpha 3 Is The Best 2d Fighter Out At The Time Of Writing This, I Would Have To Same That This Would Come A Close Second (however I Haven't Played Any Of The Sf3 Games Yet). I Does Seem To Have A More Sf2 Feel Than Any Of The Sfa Series Though, But Has Obviously Learnt From Both.
The Last Snk Game I Played Was Fatal Fury 2, So I Can't Really Comment On The Feel Of Those Characters, But The Animation Of The Game And The Drawings Are Well Done, And The Way That All The Different Grooves Blend Together Really Well, As Well As The 'groove Point' System, Which Is A Welcome Addition." | Graphics 15/20

Ok It Has 44 Characters Which Are Badly Drawn, With Many Having The Same Moves, If You Know The Basic Commands Ryus, Down To Towards Etc, Or Guiles Away 2 Sec Towards And....etc
If You Know These Then You Know Every Move In The Game, The Sound Is Simplistic, And As For Longivity, You Can Complete The Game For 1 Character In About 5-10 Minutes. And You Dont Open Anything..(so Theres No Point In Doing It With The Other 43 People.
Overall I Rate This Game Very Poor, More Like A Snes Game, Go For Tekken Tag Or Doa2 Or Wait For Tekken 4, Or Virtua Fighter 4.
