PS2 Review SUMMARY and SCORE
Kevin Smith  "From The Variety Of Online Reviews I Have Read, I Am Quite Disappointed Why Most Think Iss3 Is Just Average. For Me I Think It Is More Realistic To Pro Evo In The Way You Play Your Football, The Animations Are More Fluent, Shooting In Iss3 Felt More Realistic Than Pro Evo. Graphically This Game Is Very Good, All Though Obviously Not As Good As Fifa And Pro, It Must Be Worked On ! The Commentary Is Much Improved And So Much Better Than Pro Evo 2. Ofcourse This Is More Arcade Style, But There Are Realistic Elements To The Game. I Think Konami Have Produced A Solid Footy Game, Which Definately Works And I Believe Now They Should Start Building Upon Iss3, Updating And Improving, Like Konami Tokyo Are Doing With Pro Evo.
Anyway, Id Give This Around 8/10."
