 |  |  | |  | Wayne Garner "This Is The Best Game I Have Ever Played. The Graphics Look Real And The Voices Are Straight From The Actors. One Of The Best Features Is That You Can Play With Either Aragorn, Legolas Or Gimli In Most Of The Missions All Having Their Own Special Moves. Short Movies During A Mission Change Depending On The Character You Are Playing As. Upgrades Can Be Bought That Are Different For Each Character. Eg. Lothlorien Bow For Legolas Or Moria Throwing Axes For Gimli. I Finished It After About A Week And Have Played It Over And Over Again And Am Still Not Bored With It. It Takes Practice Performing Some Of The Moves. The Game Follows The Movies With Relative Accuracy Including Clips From The Movies. It Is Well Worth The Price If You Like Tlotr Or Just Like Fighting Orcs In An Adventure Background. The Creators Of The Game Worked Closely With The Creators Of The Movie And The Results Are Perfect.

Well, The Game Has A Very Strong License With The Movie That's Why You Can Unlock Interviews With The Actors In Lotr: Ttt. Summary? The Game Is Great! Plz Get It Now! For Your Own Sake! The Gameplay Is Quite Simply And Innovattive Really, Hack N' Slash! :-) Well, You Basically Slash Orcs, Uruk-hai's, Nazguls, Cave Trolls, Wargs And Some Other Minions Of Sauron. The Gameplay Might Sound Repetitive But It Isn't Coz It's Fun Slashing And Stabbing Orcs To Death. I Enjoyed "helm's Deep" The Most B'coz You Get To Kick The Ladder Down When The Orcs Try To Go Up. The Control's Quite Simply Really, Here's How It Goes: X - Speed Attacks (slash Quickly) Triangle - Fierce Attacks (slow But Powerful) Circle - Kick (kick/push Orcs Or Things Away From You) Square - Parry (block) R1 - Parry L1 - Need To Hold And Then Press X To Fire Arrows Directional Buttons / Analog Stick - Move Around.the Graphics Are Wow!!! I Would Give It A 12/10! Beauty Changeovers From Cutscenes From The Movie To The Graphics! The Game Automatically Starts Before You Save And Gives The Lotr: Fotr Trailer With Isildur Commanding Them Then It Straight Away Goes To Graphics And Sometimes You Won't Even Notice Because It's To Beautiful. After It Shows Isildur Slashing One Orc You Get To Play As Him Without Loading Anything. This Is Training, Welcome. It Doesn't Say It "training" But You Know It Because It Shows A Button To Press And A Definition Of What The Button Does! Kool Eh? There Are About 50 - 70 Orcs On A Screen At Some Stage And The Frame Rate Doesn't Even Slow Down!well, The Music Are From The Academy Award Winning Soundtrack So I Presume It's Good. The Voices Are From The Real Actors Aswell Unlike Surreal's Lotr: Fotr Game Isn't The Proper Voices. Ea Is Hell Good At These Things Aren't They? (game - Movie Conversions)" | Graphics 20/20

| | | | | | Allan Cox "I Have Beaten This Game In About 5 Hours And Only Died 4 Times Saving Every Chapter. I Am Very Disapointed In The Easiness Of This Game. You Can Literally Get Through Most Of The Heavy Fights By Simply Running Through The Mobs And Getting To The Next Sceen. The Controls Have Major Delays And The Camera Views Where Impossible At Times. The Graphics Were Great For Ps2 But Again It Had Downfalls Also. The Programmers Made This Game Simply Too Easy. I Would Have Not Been So Disapointed If The Movies Had Been Longer But They Were Brief As Well. If You Decide To Buy This Game Because You Simply Like The Book I Would Have To Say Go For It.
