SHADOW HEARTS

"Shadow Hearts is an exciting, turn-based Rpg with a uniqueness that keeps it fresh. The Judgment Ring system, a cast of characters and lots of items, this will keep your attention for some time."

PS2 Review SUMMARY and SCORE
Jason P Shipman  "I Have Played The Shadow Hearts Game For Awhile And It Is Defenently Worth The Money You
Have To Pay For It What Gets Me Into The Game Is The Addicting Story Line And The Battle
Setup. I Actually Played The Third One First (shadow Hearts The New World). I Exspecially
Like The Battle Ring Because It Give The Player More Active Play Instead Of Reading And Just
Hitting Attack."

Miffy Valentine  "This Is My Favourite Game! Ever! I Like All The
Main Characters And The Plot Rocks. Everyone
Moans About The Graphics, But It Doesn't
Bother Me And They're Very Good In The
Cutscenes. And It Is Really Not Ff10, Most
Reviews I've Read Of It Really Over-compare. And
It Has A Hot Main Character - Perfect!"

PS2 Review SUMMARY and SCORE
Serge Gordon  "Okay So The Graphics Could Hardly Pass For Ps2, But The Storyline Was Awsome! It Wasn't Always So Dark,(thank God)it Had A Humorus Twist To It Ever-so-often. Why Should Ffx Get All The Credit? The Main Character Was A Bouncing Of The Wall Hyper Guy(tidus). At Least Yuri Could Hold In Excitement. Overall I Love Shadow Hearts! Anyone Says Any Different I'll Need Your Address So I Can Come Over And Mess You Up More Than You Are Already."

Regina Williams  "This Is A Great Game. At First I Was A Little Skeptical Having Just Finished Final Fantasy X. I Was Unsure If Shadow Hearts Would Impress Me.....wow, Is All I Have To Say. Even My Husband Likes The Game And He Has Never Liked Rp Game Before. The Story Line Keeps You On The Edge Of Your Seat And Playing For Hours On End."

PS2 Review SUMMARY and SCORE
Mark Stone  "It's A Shame That Ffx Got All The Hype... Or Maybe It's A Shame That Midway And Company Decided To Publish This At The Same Time. Because Shadow Hearts Is A Great Game That Will Keep The Ps2 User Satisfied For Quite Some Time.

While Not The Most Flawless Graphically, Even The "sharper Edges" Of This Game Give It A True "horror/macabre" Feel. It's Almost As If The Designers Made No Plans For Any "soft Edges" To Appear. Sure Some Of The Demons And Monsters In The Game Are A Little Ridiculous, But They Do Inspire A Little Comic Relief (as Do Some Other Little Details, Such As Margarette's Special Abilities And The Conversation Between The Hero And The Rest Of The Characters.)

And Add In That Many Of The Special Items To Complete This Game At 100% Aren't The Easiest Things To Locate, Meaning That Most Users Will Probably Play Through The Game Once And Then Go Back To Complete It At 100%.

Simply Put, Shadow Hearts May Have Been Eclipsed In The Minds Of Many Thanks To The Final Fantasy Name, But It's Definitely A Game That Can Compete With Ffx On The Playing Field."

Graphical masterpiece that is amongst the best currently available
Pushing the visual capability to it's absolute limit
This game has graphics that were never thought possible on this console

No fun to play, control is bad, gameplay lacks ideas
