|Angrytalentsman "I Absolutely Loved This Game! Everything About
It, From The Graphics To The Fast And Furious
Gameplay Is Wonderful! Iíve Had This Game
Since It Was Released, And It Is Still One Of My
Most Played Games. The Amount Of Quality
Game Time Is Staggering, And Even Though
There Is No Plot, The Game Has A Killer Single
Break It Down....
Graphics: Beautiful Environments And Effects,
With Great Gun And Character Models. The
Custom Built Levels Manage To Look Fairly
Convincing With Multiple Themes Ranging From
"spaceship" To "gothic". Explosions Are
Wonderfully Done, And All Guns Are
Convincingly Modeled. All This At An Almost
Constants 60 Frames Per Second. The Only
Slowdown I Saw Was With 4 People All
Shooting Rockets At Rooms Full Of Bots. And That
Happens Fairly Little, So I'm Happy.
Sound: The Sound, For The Most Part, Is Great.
Guns Sound Great, And The Music Is Done For
Each Level. Some Problems Do Exist However.
The Death Sounds Do Not Fade Away Over
Distance, So You Can Hear Grunts And Groans
From All The Way Across The Map. This Gets
Annoying, But Does Not Diminish The Overall
Gameplay: Wow This Is Where Timesplitters
Really Shines. Single Player Has No Plot
Whatsoever, But Who Cares? The Simple
Level Objectives Consists Of Starting At One
Place, Fighting Your Way To Another Place,
Grabbing Youre Objective, And Fighting Youre
Way Back Out. This Simple Approach Makes
The Game Easy To Pick Up, But Still Retain Its Fun
Factor. The True "gaming Goodness" Is In The
Multiplayer. All My Friends That Have Played It
Have Loved It. The Maps Are Linear, But They
Loop Back Around On Themselves And Have
Various Passages And Shortcuts Through
Them. The Ability To Put Your Own Custom
Weapon List On Is A Great Idea, And The Preset
Themes Are All Very Balanced.
Replay Value: This Game Is One Of The First
Ps2 Games Iíve Ever Had. I Bought This Back At
Launch. I Still Play It Regularly, And Still Enjoy
Every Moment Of It.
I Would Recommend This Game To Anyone,
Even If You Usually Don't Like Fpses, You Must
Check This Game Out!"

|William Daniel Fraser "Picking Out Good Games For New Consoles Is Not An Easy Task, Especially When There Is A Large Selection. The Preveiws For Timesplitters Looked Very Promising, So I Decided To Purchase It When The System Released. With Great Excitement I Turned On The New Console With, And I Was Totally Awestruck With Graphics I Never Though Possible. The First Time I Played It I Was A Little Frustrated With The Akward Controls. The Left Analog Stick Moves You Foward And Backward And You Can Strife Left And Right. The Left Controls The Pitch And Turning Left And Right. After An Hour Of Playing I Got Used To These Controls. After A Couple Hours Of Playing I Felt That The Controls Were Superior To Any Other Game. Aiming And Running At The Same Time Is Very Lethal. For Christmas I Got Moh2 And It Was A Chore To Play It Becuase It Did Not Support This Type Of Controls. These Revelutionary Controls Makes This The Best Fps Out There.
Don't Plan On Buying The Game If You Want A Good Story, Becuase This Game Doesn't Even Have One. Story Mode Is Still Very Enjoyable. The Levels Are Simple But Fun,the Basics Are Pick Up The Object At Point A And Bring It To Point B. Sounds Easy, not On Normal Mode. This Game Is Only A Walk In The Park In Easy Mode, Normal Mode Is Challenging, And Hard Is Ludicrous. As You Progress You Unlock More Playable Characters. The Guns Are Also A Masterpeice, Since This Game's Time Span Is From About The 1920's To The 2500's The Guns Range From A Tommy Gun To A Plasma Rifle. Once You Beat The Game You Unlock Challenge Mode, Which Is Almost Has The Value Of Unreal Tournament For The Ps2, But Crazier. Completing Levels In A Certain Time Lets You Unlock Funny Characters, Like The Gingerbread Man And A Duck.
Playing Arcade Mode Is Very Different Compared To Most Other Fpss, With The Fact That It Is Very Fast Pace. Your Health Is The Same With Other Bots, Don't Worry It Is Still Easy. You Can Adjust The Bots Intelligence To Add Some Challenge. But The Best Thing About It Is That You Can Customize What Weopons You Want. In This Game There Is Also A Level Editor, Where You Can Create You Own Levels. This Is Nice If You Have A Lot Of Time On Your Hands Or Are Just A Creative Person.
For Game Being Over A Year Old And Still One Of My Top Three Games Means A Lot. So If You Have An Extra Twenty Dollars On Hand I Would Definately Sugest Buying It."

|Sergio Mendes (r108) "Wow... I Have Rarely Seen A Fps That Lets You Customize Most Of Its Multiplayer Modes. Single Player Mode Is Amazing Considering That The Game Was Only Meant For Multiplayer Fun. Me And Some Friends Had A Three Day Party And Kept Killing Each Other. We Liked The Characters And The Levels."|

|Jim Lettuce "The Best Fps To Grace A Console!
This Title Will Keep You Entertained For Months On End. Better Than Red Faction, Quake 3 And Unreal Tournament In The Value-for-money Catagory. Can't Wait For The Second Version!"

|Badboy 3223 "I Never Used To Like First Person Shooters Until I Bought Timesplitters. Ever Since That Game I Have Been Playing Tons Of Fps Like Redfaction, Quake 3, Perfect Dark, And Golden Eye.
Time Splitters Is The Best Multiplayer Game Up To Date. And If You Are Looking For A Game You Cant Beat On A Weekend Get Timesplitters. There Is So Many Characters And Levels To Unlock Its Uncanny.
The Level Editor Is Good To So You Can Have Unlimtied Levels. When Timesplitters 2 Comes Out Next Yr. In Winter Im Getting It."

|Dev Binks "I Have Only Owned This Game For 3 Days But I Can Tell That This Is The Best First-person Shooter Ever Made. It Even Has A Level Editor So You Can Make Your Own Levels!
Graphics: The Graphics Are Fantastic. A Lot Of Detail Is Put Into Every Level. The Character Animations And Weapons Look Cool Too!
Sound: It Has Some Good Music But The Sound Effects Are Perfect And The Characters In The Game Have Great Voices.
Replay Value: With Some Of The Best Graphics, Character Designs, Levels Layouts, And Sound Effects, This Game Has A Very High Replay Value!"

|Luke Nevil "I Have Owned This For As Long As I Have Had A Playstation 2 And Still Play It Regularly.
The Single Player Game Is Great (when Played On The Hard Level) And Once You Finish It Lots Of Extra Game Modes And Challenges Start To Get Unlocked That Will Keep You Busy For Months.
The Multiplayer Game Is A Real Joy To Play Too And Me And My Friends Still Play This Every Few Weeks - Even After All Of This Time !
This Is The Best Shooter I Have Played - Bar None"
